Kinktastisch x The Code - Special Edition Collaboration

Some collaborations don’t just happen, they grow out of shared moments, challenges, and a genuine connection.

Back in 2021, when THE CODE first opened its doors, it stayed open for only four days before the second wave of Corona forced everything to pause. Like many in Berlin’s nightlife, the question became: how do we stay connected when the dance floors go quiet?

Livestreams became a lifeline, and that’s where our story began.

We reached out to Frau Leader, the force behind Kinktastisch at Insomnia, to meet, exchange ideas, and explore how we could support each other. At the time, Kinktastisch was already creating something truly special: a BDSM, fetish, and queer-friendly space that felt open, intentional, and rare.

Our first collaboration was simple, THE CODE dressed the dancers for a livestream performance. But what started as a small creative exchange quickly turned into something much deeper: a mutual respect, a shared vision, and an ongoing partnership.

In many ways, Kinktastisch opened the door for THE CODE into the fetish scene.

For over six years, Kinktastisch has built a strong and loyal community. With around 300 guests, it’s an intimate yet vibrant dance and play party, always with respect and consent. Connection comes first. Gender takes a back seat, while communication and curiosity shape the experience. The atmosphere invites people to engage, express themselves, and connect openly in a respectful way.

The slogan “Free Your Fetish” isn’t just a phrase, it’s something you can feel in the room.

Kinktastisch has also been ahead of its time in many ways, from introducing a no solo wanking policy to building a dedicated awareness team, creating a space where people feel both free and safe. Over the years, a core community has grown, with guests returning again and again because they trust the environment.

Creativity has always been part of that experience. Kinktastisch regularly invited performers from the kinky scene, including sex workers and circus performers, giving them space to express their art. More recently, visual artists have joined the mix, with illustrations and graphics projected during the night, adding another layer to the atmosphere.

Another element that makes the experience unique is the play dungeon, where guests can explore in a guided and respectful way. Our try-out corners offer a space to experiment with impact toys and bondage, whether you are curious or more experienced. These corners change regularly, keeping the experience fresh and inviting for everyone.

For this special edition, THE CODE is taking over the dance floor with a curated DJ line-up, bringing their signature sound into the Kinktastisch universe.

It’s more than a collaboration. It’s a celebration of what happens when communities support each other, grow together, and create spaces where people can truly be themselves.
