Halloween at Insomnia Berlin 2026

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and we are celebrating it on the real night. On Saturday, 31 October 2026, our house in Tempelhof turns into a dark, playful Halloween world when UNLEASHED by UNDR brings its Kinky Techno Halloween back to INSOMNIA Berlin. Two techno floors, live performances all night, a big outfit contest and every play area open. After what happened here last year, this is the night our whole team has been counting down to, and we would love for you to spend it with us.

Last Year Was Something Else

We still talk about it. In 2025, UNLEASHED threw its Halloween party here on Saturday, 25 October, and from the moment the doors opened it was clear this would be no ordinary night. The queue stretched down Alt-Tempelhof long before midnight. Inside, both floors were full from the first hour, six DJs kept the techno going until morning, and every play area in the house was alive.

What made it special was the people. Our guests did not just show up, they transformed. Latex devils, leather vampires, caped heroes, rubber bunnies, wicked witches and creatures we still can't name. The photo corner overflowed with looks that people had clearly spent weeks preparing, and the outfit contest turned into a show of its own. Costumes and fetish wear mixed on the dancefloor, strangers became friends in the chill areas, and the energy never dropped. Even at six in the morning, the dancefloor refused to thin out.

The night sold out completely. Plenty of people who waited until the last minute ended up outside, and we heard from many of them afterwards. That is exactly why we are going bigger this year, and why we are making sure there is still a chance for the spontaneous ones (more on that below).

Behind the Scenes: Preparations Are in Full Swing

For the past weeks, Halloween has taken over INSOMNIA. This year we are not just adding a few decorations, we are dressing the entire club and turning every room into part of one UNLEASHED Halloween world: dark, playful and full of kink. From the entrance to the Main Floor to the deepest corners of the Dungeon, the house is getting a complete makeover for one night only.

While the decorations come together, the performers are rehearsing their shows, the DJs are finishing their sets, and our awareness team is preparing for one of the busiest nights of the year. The photo corner is being set up for the outfit contest, and our crew is making sure the bars, the cloakroom and the door are ready for a full house. Every year we tell ourselves we will keep it simple. Every year Halloween wins.

Live Performances Through the Night

Halloween at Insomnia is not just a party, it is a show. Keep your eyes open between the beats:

• 23:00 & 02:00 – Pole Dance Performance: strength, heels and pure seduction, twice a night
• 00:00 – Aerial Chain Performance: right at midnight, a breathtaking act suspended in chains
• 01:00 – Secret Performance: we are not telling. Be there and find out.

Best Outfit Contest: 10 Winners

After last year's looks, we had to make the contest bigger. Between 22:30 and 01:00, head to the photo corner and show off your kinky Halloween look, solo or as a couple. This year there are ten winners, with prizes ranging from three months on the guest list for all UNDR events to guest list spots for the November parties. The more creative, the better your chances.

Dress Code

Sexy techno, kinky, fetish and sexy Halloween costumes. Think latex devils, leather vampires, harnessed demons or fallen angels in lingerie. A plain street costume is not enough: if you come as a witch, make it a fetish witch. No streetwear, no everyday outfits. Effort is checked at the door.

A Safer Space, Costume or Not

INSOMNIA is a safer space, and Halloween is no exception. Phones stay at the cloakroom, our awareness team is there all night, and consent comes first: only a clear yes means yes, it can be taken back at any time, and a costume is never an invitation. Racism, homophobia, transphobia and hate have no place here.

Tickets: Presale Almost Gone, 200 Tickets Saved for the Door

Demand has been huge from the day tickets went on sale. Most of the presale tickets are already sold, so if you want to be sure of your spot, now is the time to get yours online.

We also remember everyone who was left outside last year. So this time we are keeping 200 tickets reserved for the door, just for the last-minute buyers and the spontaneous creatures of the night. Come early, come dressed to impress, and remember that entry at the door still depends on effort and dress code. Once those 200 are gone, the night is full.
