Insomnia Sep 16, 2025 Club News The Kinky Guide Awards 2025 were a very special moment for us at Insomnia, because two of this year’s awards came home to our club.

First and foremost, our founder Dominique received the Special Award 2025. This recognition celebrates her life’s work: creating spaces that were never a given, spaces of freedom, exploration, visibility, and empowerment. For 18 years, Dominique has made Insomnia a place where countless people could discover themselves, live their fantasies, and connect with others in a spirit of respect and openness. To see her honored with this award is deeply moving for us all, a tribute not only to her vision but to the community that has grown around it.

We are equally proud that Unleashed.Berlin, our monthly guest party, was crowned Best Kinky Party in Germany 2025 in the 2–10k category. Unleashed.Berlin only began six months ago and already managed to establish itself as a force in the kinky nightlife scene. Winning this award against long-established events shows how much passion, creativity, and community energy flows into these nights. For us at Insomnia, it feels very special to provide the stage and the home where this party comes to life month after month.

For both of these awards we want to say thank you. Thank you to our incredible Insomnia staff, who give their energy and professionalism to make every night possible. Thank you to the DJs and performers, who fill our rooms with sound and magic. And most of all, thank you to our guests, whose presence, passion, and openness are the heart of everything we do.

Together, these two awards under one roof symbolize what Insomnia stands for: tradition and innovation, roots and new energy, a place where the scene’s history and its future meet. Here’s to many more nights of freedom, passion, and unforgettable experiences at Insomnia.
